My current research centres around Greek papyri and ostraca especially from the Roman and Byzantine periods. This includes the study of the language, historical background and palaeography. My PhD thesis focused on letters from Byzantine times. My interests include also:
• Greek and Latin Palaeography,
• Greek lexicographical tradition, rare words, encyclopedias,
• Greek and Latin language evolution, mediaeval/vernacular words,
• Greek dialects.
In our project I am responsible for editorial work of P. Oxy. II 237 and its textual and grammatical commentary. I do also help with publication preparation as well as reexamination and the reading of additional evidence.
